ALM Respite Care Policy

An individual may be admitted for respite care for up to 28 consecutive days.  Persons receiving respite care will not normally have an individual service plan developed but will have an interim plan that outlines their care needs and any short-term goals.  Individuals accepted for respite care must be programmatically compatible with other residents and not pose a danger to self or others.
